Customer Service Representative:

This position requires a professional image through phone interaction as well as varied patient visits. Day-to-day tasks may include answering  phones to respond to orders, general customer inquires, invoice questions, and customer complaints.

Primary Resposibilities:

  • Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
  • Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Upsell products and services.
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
  • Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Research billing issues.
  • Research misapplied payments.
  • Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
  • Recommend process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.  

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-the-job training for new employees. 

Knowledge Skill Requirements:

  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
  • Computer literate with the ability to easily learn customer service software applications. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 30 wpm.
  • One to three years of office experience.  

Collections Specialist:

Candidates must have at least 5 solid years of collections experience and knowledge of medical billing. Insurance, medical coding, customer service helpful.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review outstanding accounts
  • Make outbound calls daily
  • Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates
  • Coordinate with billing on a daily basis
  • Provide timely follow up on payment arrangements
  • Print monthly statements 

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Proficiency with Brightree preferred
  • Some billing and telecommunication experience helpful
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Time Management and Organization skills
  • Minimum 5 years experience

Sales Representative:

Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. Preferred Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of sales or marketing experience.
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
  • Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state drivers license within 60 days of employment.
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel. 

Respiratory Therapist:

This position involves equipment setups for ventilators, monitors, CPAP units, and any other respiratory services a patient may need. Will need to provide patients with education on the care andneeds of their equipment as well as performing complete and professional assessments.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong leadership, teaching, learning and counseling skills
  • Effective communication, both verbal and written
  • Current valid license as a RT, RN, LPN, concerning the State of Business Operation (NC/VA)
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures
  • Accountability
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills 


  • Minimum 3 years experience with respiratory home devices
  • Current knowledge of state/federal home health care regulations
  • Respiratory care of home ventilators, oxygen, CPAP and BIPAP


Minimum: Associates degree as a Respiratory Therapist
Must pass the CRT with accreditation from the CARC or CAAHE

Some nights and weekends may be required
Hours may vary

Equipment Therapist:

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Be able to show compassion, and project a caring attitude to all customers, even during difficult situations
  • Ability to learn medical equipment operation and associated tasks and train others
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision on a regular basis
  • Ability to make moderate independent decisions related to equipment and supply management, maintenance and customer service.
  • Successfully complete other duties and projects management may request or determine necessary
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. or more on a regular basis


  • Preferred one to two years in healthcare
  • Customer service, training, counseling, or other areas involving customer interaction
  • Experience working with a cultural, ethnic and economically diverse population


High School Diploma or GED
